Welcome to the Shadow Mountain Auto Service website! We are Curt and Cindy Morgan, owners of Shadow Mountain Auto Service. We would like to share some of the key facets that define who we are, and what we are about.

We consider our ethics more important than anything else. Our team will NEVER sell you work you don't need, and will never pressure you to buy anything. Ever. We want you as a customer for life and we mean it.

We are not in some corporate headquarters somewhere far away, we are here, at our business (our baby!) every day. Well, almost. We take responsibility for everything that happens at our business and we are as easy to contact as stopping by or giving us a call. We care about our customers and the neighborhood we are in. Don't just take our word for it, look at our reviews!

Our employees are a part of our family. They are the most ethical people in the automotive industry. We hire them and train them that way, and they know what we expect.

We do not talk down to our customers, or use overly technical language. We do LISTEN to our customers, we care about them and about their concerns and questions. We tailor our recommendations to the individual needs of each of our customers: what is appropriate for one customer is not necessarily so for another.

We only perform the best quality work we know how to do.

Our warranty is 3 years or 36k miles on almost everything we do, far above the industry norm. While we are not the cheapest place in town, we are far from the most expensive either. We believe, strongly, that saving money on auto repair is more about the honesty of the institution working for you than the use of cheap parts or the lowest paid people doing the work.
